KIA REFERRAL CLUB

• If you are an existing Kia Oman customer, you are eligible to win these Referral vouchers.
• The models applicable under the Referral scheme are currently only - Kia Cerato, Kia K5, Kia Sonet or Kia Seltos.
• I.e., refer to us a friend/Family member looking for a new Vehicle such as Sonet, Seltos, Cerato & K5. On their actual purchase of Brand new Kia vehicle & the sale being registered initially under ‘referral category’, you will be eligible to get the Reward.
• Reward of Lulu Gift Vouchers / Cards only will be given, if eligible. You are eligible to receive a Lulu voucher of the value of RO 35/- for each Successful Referral you make. Each new customer that is the result of a Successful Referral will also be eligible to receive the Reward.
• Kia Oman will determine at its sole discretion and has final say as to whether a Successful Referral has been made.
• The scheme applicable only for individual purchases & references.
• The referrer should be an existing Kia-Oman Car-buyer.
• The Reward cannot be sold, transferred, auctioned or used for commercial gain.
• We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or restrict the Kia Referral Scheme and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
• The scheme is not valid on SBG employees & customers. Staff and immediate family members are also not eligible.
• Participants are liable for any tax consequences of the receipt of any Reward, and we accept no liability to participants or their employers in relation thereto.
• Referral Voucher amounts are as below:
  RO 35/- : Towards Sonet, Seltos, K5 & Cerato vehicles in case referred & purchased.
  The Referral reward coupons will be given to the referrer only after invoicing & delivery of new referred vehicle/s.
• Both the Referrer & referred persons have to acknowledge that it is a referral deal through a joint-undertaking.
